Complete Overhaul
Mechanical watches, like any precision machine, need to be maintained. In a complete overhaul we disassemble the watch, clean, lubricate and re-assemble the movement. Most manufacturers recommend that mechanical watches receive service every 3-5 years. Fun fact: A simple mechanical watch can have 80-100 pieces, with the most complex having over 250.
Battery Replacement
Quartz and rechargeable-battery watches do eventually need to have their batteries replaced. Anytime your watch case is opened you want to ensure that it is done by a knowledgeable and trained watchmaker. We have the proper expertise and tools to safely open your watch and replace the battery with the manufacturer recommended batteries.
Dial Change & Refurbishment
The dial/face on older watches can show their age. We can refurbish your vintage dial or replace it with a new dial. Our customers often select new colors and styles.
Strap & Bracelet Replacement
Regular wear can loosen clasps and degrade leather straps. We can replace or repair them for you and help you pick the right size, shape, material and color to best compliment your watch and personal style.
Strap & Bracelet Resizing
Your watch should fit comfortably and securely. Our watchmakers can add and remove links and help you select the right sized strap.
Watch Refurbishment and Waterproofing
Our trained staff can remove the deepest of scratches and dents to make your watch look like new. The process involves removing the movement and crystal, polishing the case and bracelet, replacing all gaskets and certifying water resistance.
